Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre

The Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre is a convention and exhibition centre in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and part of the Kuala Lumpur City Centre precinct, known as KLCC. Designed to be a "city within a city" this 40-hectare (99-acre) site includes the 50-acre (20 ha) KLCC Park and the PETRONAS Twin Towers. 

Hosting conferences, exhibitions, seminars, meetings and entertainment, the Centre is placed alongside public transportation and hotels. 

The Centre achieved HACCP certification in December 2006, and in February 2007 became the first convention centre in Asia to achieve 'Benchmarked' status by Green Globe, the global Benchmarking, Certification, and improvement system for sustainable travel & tourism.

The Petronas Twin Towers

Take the guided tour at the Petronas Twin Towers Skybridge and be mesmerised by the sights of the city from the world’s tallest twin towers.

Suria KLCC and KLCC Park

Only 15 minutes walk from GTower Hotel, you will find luxury designer brand outlets, upmarket restaurants and coffee cafes that face the KLCC park. Watch the water fountain show while enjoying a cup of coffee in the evening and then take a stroll through the 50-acre KLCC park that was landscaped by world-renowned Roberto Burle Marx before heading back to GTower Hotel.

Aquaria KLCC

The Aquaria KLCC is an oceanarium located beneath Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre within Kuala Lumpur City Centre development precinct. Construction for Aquaria KLCC started in 2003. It was officially opened in August 2005.

Featuring 60,000 square feet (5,600 m2) in two levels with a 90-metre (300 ft) underwater tunnel, Aquaria KLCC houses over 250 different species and over 5,000 land and aquatic animals from Malaysia and around the world.

KL Tower

Visit the observation deck at the highest tower in KL and enjoy the ever-changing skyline of Kuala Lumpur. This tower sits on “Pineapple Hill” which is next to the Green Lung of Kuala Lumpur, the Bukit Nanas Forest Reserve.

China Town / Petaling Street

Shopping at Petaling Street is a must as you will be spoilt for choices. You can always haggle away and get a good bargain here. The items on sale are endless, from traditional crafts to designer inspired items, there will always be something that you’ll come back with. Alternatively, just enjoy a drink or try out the local delicacies at the various food outlets available.

Batu Caves

Situated 13 km north from Kuala Lumpur city centre, it takes its name from the river which flows past the hill. This cave is one of the most popular Hindu shrine outside of India and is dedicated to Lord Murugan. Every year, devotees climb 272 steps to reach the temple during the Hindu festival of Thaipusam.

Dataran Merdeka / Merdeka Square

The British Union Jack was lowered for the last time here and Malaysia gained its independence on 31 August 1957. Here you will find traces of colonial and historical architectures carefully preserved such as The Tudor-style Royal Selangor Club, the National Art Museum, Memorial Library and St. John’s Cathedral.

Central Market / Pasar Seni

Experience the arts and culture of Malaysia at this market where you will find souvenirs, antiquity, songkets, batik cloth, shadow puppets, wau (Malaysian kite) and many more. Get your portrait drawn by a street artist for a minimal fee or just soak in the bustling atmosphere in the market.
